SPEAKERS AND TUTORS FOR SCHOOLS
We have many experienced tutors who are
practising members of their faiths and are comfortable speaking about their beliefs
and about their life in modern multicultural / multi-faith England to any
age-group. We can provide one or more
of these tutors to visit your school to speak about their faith to classes or
year-groups or to lead assemblies. We can arrange for teams of tutors to run full or
half-day themed workshops on a variety of topics eg
Rites of Passage, Festivals, Work, Money, and Sexuality. One of our workshops, 'Breaking Barriers'
challenges stereotypes and preconceptions and can include speakers on Islamophobia, anti-Semitism, refugees and asylum seekers
and Travellers. We can provide
speakers on Zimbabwe, Middle East, Iraq and other places of conflict or
special interest or concern. We can
arrange guided visits to places of worship We enjoy
working with schools in planning special days or weeks on faith/culture /
lifestyle topics and we are happy to arrange tutor led visits to places of
worship in Norwich, Ipswich Cambridge and Colchester or further afield. |

TRAINERS FOR OTHER ORGANISATIONS
We regularly
provide speakers for statutory and voluntary bodies and faith
communities. We arrange and deliver
customised courses and training seminars on Diversity with special attention
to issues around faith and culture. |

We pay our tutors, making a charge for
their time as follows:
